HOW IT WORKS
Cervandos brings a hotel's daily operations into one place. Tasks move through waiting → in progress → approval → closed, with closure proof. Housekeeping staff install no app; they scan a QR, enter a 4-digit PIN and tick the checklist, and their performance is measured. Technical faults are logged through a state machine, so recurring problems surface. A guest complaint turns into a task in one tap, and the emergency button fires an instant manager alert and email. Setup takes 25–30 minutes; arriving Q1 2027.
