What is Roomanos?

Roomanos is an order-operations platform that gathers every restaurant order channel (Yemeksepeti, Getir, Trendyol, Migros, your own site) onto one kitchen screen, then links the ready order to your courier fleet and couriers. Three products: Kitchen (kitchen display), Hub (courier-fleet management), Go (courier app).

Does Roomanos take a commission?

No. We don't touch customer payments — money flows straight into the restaurant's till. We bill a usage-based service fee at month-end: 0.75 TL + VAT per order. No fixed monthly package — you pay only for what you use.

Are all platform orders gathered on one screen?

Yes. Orders from Yemeksepeti, Getir, Trendyol and Migros integrations land on one kitchen screen together with orders from your own website. No need for a separate tablet and printer per platform.

Does Roomanos manage the courier?

Roomanos automates the assignment flow; the courier is yours (or your contracted fleet's). When an order is marked 'ready,' it's auto-assigned to the nearest courier, who picks up the job in the Roomanos Go app.

How long is setup? Do I need technical knowledge?

Kitchen and Hub setup is done remotely: platform integrations, menu mapping and the kitchen screen are on us. You only define your menu and opening hours; no technical knowledge needed.

I don't have my own courier; can I still use it?

Yes. You can manage your own couriers, connect to a contracted courier fleet, or use both. Hub also fits fleets that want to run multiple restaurants' deliveries from one hub.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel anytime, monthly. After your cancellation notice, the next charge isn't collected; no long-term contract. Your data is kept for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

How do I add my restaurant?

Sign up on our website; the 30-day free trial activates automatically. Pick the Kitchen or Hub plan, define your menu and opening hours; our team sets up the integrations.

Is my data safe? Are you KVKK-compliant?

Data is stored on our KVKK- and GDPR-compliant infrastructure (Supabase EU-Central, AES-256). We never sell your customer data to third parties or monetize it beyond anonymous aggregation.
