General

What is Roomanos?

Roomanos is an order-operations platform that gathers every restaurant order channel (Yemeksepeti, Getir, Trendyol, Migros, your own site) onto one kitchen screen and links the ready order to your courier fleet and couriers. Three products: Kitchen (kitchen display), Hub (courier-fleet management), Go (courier app).

Which regions are you active in?

First pilot regions: Ağva (end of May 2026) and Amasra (mid-June 2026). We sign contracts Turkey-wide; if you run a restaurant or courier business, reach out to [email protected].

Who is Roomanos for?

Restaurants taking orders from platforms like Yemeksepeti, Getir, Trendyol and Migros (Kitchen, Hub); courier fleets serving multiple restaurants (Hub); on-the-road couriers (Go). Anyone who wants to bring the order rush down to one screen and automate delivery.

Can the three products be bought separately?

Yes. Kitchen, Hub and Go can be bought independently; managed from one panel, billed modularly. Go is already free for couriers.

Pricing and billing

Do you take a commission?

No. We don't touch customer payments — money flows straight into the restaurant's till. We bill a usage-based service fee at month-end: 0.75 TL + VAT per order. No fixed monthly package.

How is Hub priced?

0.75 TL + VAT per order. Orders from Trendyol, Getir, Yemeksepeti, Migros and your own site count. Setup is one-time; details on the pricing page.

How is Kitchen priced?

0.75 TL + VAT per order notification. The kitchen screen, end-of-day report and automatic courier assignment are included. No fixed monthly fee.

Is Roomanos Go paid?

No. Go is free for couriers; the restaurant or fleet it's tied to covers the subscription.

Is VAT included?

No, all amounts exclude VAT. VAT at 20% is shown separately on the invoice.

How does billing work?

On the 1st of each month, the previous month's usage is calculated and the month-end invoice is charged to your card.

How much do I pay off-season?

Zero usage = zero invoice. If Hub/Kitchen orders don't arrive in the off-season, no invoice is issued.

Setup and onboarding

How long is setup?

Kitchen and Hub setup is done remotely: 4-platform API integration, menu mapping and the kitchen screen are completed within one business day.

Do I need technical knowledge?

No. We handle setup; you only define your menu and opening hours. The kitchen screen runs on any tablet or computer.

Do you provide training?

How is the courier app set up?

The courier logs into Roomanos Go with the 6-digit code the restaurant provides — no separate signup, no long setup. Open the app, enter the code, and the courier is on the road.

For restaurant owners

Which platforms does Hub integrate?

Trendyol Go (formerly Yemeksepeti), Getir, Migros Yemek, Yemeksepeti — orders from all 4 platforms land in your kitchen display. Menu mapping, price sync and status updates are automatic.

Does Roomanos manage couriers?

Roomanos automates the dispatch flow; the couriers are yours (contracted or in-house). The moment an order is ready, it's sent via Telegram bot to the nearest courier. Hub subscription unlocks the Roomanos GO app for your couriers for free.

How does the kitchen display work?

The Kitchen module runs on any tablet or computer. Audible alert for new orders; prep stages (received → preparing → ready → delivered); end-of-day report; per-item statistics.

Do you also build my website?

Yes, your restaurant site is included with the Roomanos Hub subscription. Your menu is published at roomanos.com/restoran/yourname; customers can order from there too. Custom domain configuration is supported.

Security and KVKK

Is my data safe?

Data is stored on our KVKK- and GDPR-compliant infrastructure (Supabase EU-Central, AES-256 encryption). Customers give explicit consent at order time. We never sell customer data to third parties, and never monetise it beyond anonymous aggregation.

Is my card data stored on your servers?

No. Card number and CVV never touch Roomanos servers — they are tokenised in iyzico's PCI-DSS certified infrastructure. We only store the iyzico token.

Do you have a KVKK information notice?

Yes, published at roomanos.com/legal/kvkk. The full text covers the notice obligation, data subject rights, retention periods and DPO contact.

What happens if I delete my account?

Account deletion is completed within 30 days. Your data is deleted, or anonymised where required by law (invoice/contract records: 10 years). Details: roomanos.com/legal/data-deletion.

Subscription and cancellation

Is there a free trial?

Yes. 30-day free trial for Kitchen and Hub; Go is already free for couriers. Card info is collected on signup but billing starts only after day 30. Cancel during trial and no charge is made.

What happens if I cancel?

Cancel anytime, monthly. After cancellation notice, the next charge is not collected; no long-term contract. Your data is retained for 30 days, then permanently deleted.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrading from Kitchen to Hub (or vice versa) is one click in the panel. The previous month's usage is billed on the old plan; the new month uses the new plan.

Do you have a contract?

Service contract: yes; fixed commitment: no. You digitally sign the Distance Service Agreement during onboarding. Details: roomanos.com/legal/terms.

Technical support

Where do I get support?

What uptime do you guarantee?

99.9% uptime target. Vercel (frontend) + Supabase (backend) infrastructure; both with SLA. Planned maintenance is announced in advance, outside peak hours.

How do push notifications work?

Native FCM for Android, Apple Push for iOS, web push for browsers. All channels managed from one panel. If you decline push permission, email notifications remain as fallback.

Do you provide API access?

REST API access (orders, menu, invoice) is available for enterprise customers. Webhook support included. Standard plans don't include API access; for custom needs reach [email protected].

For courier companies

Is Roomanos GO paid?

No, the GO app is free for couriers. It auto-activates from restaurants that have a Hub subscription — the courier company pays nothing.

What can I do with GO?

Accept orders, update status (en route / delivered), share live GPS location, confirm delivery (photo + signature), end-of-day earnings summary.

Can I work with multiple restaurants?

Yes. The GO app receives orders from all Hub-using contracted restaurants — single app, multiple sources.
